1. The Service

Clarity Coach is an AI-powered coaching tool designed to help you think through decisions, gain clarity, and take action. The service includes:

AI coaching conversations
Session summaries and journaling
Your personal Blueprint
Action tracking and progress insights

Clarity Coach is NOT a replacement for professional mental health services.

We are not licensed therapists, counselors, or medical professionals
The AI provides coaching and reflection tools, not clinical treatment

Do not use this service as a substitute for medical advice

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
One account per person — don't share accounts

3. Your Content

You own what you create. Your conversations, insights, and Blueprint belong to you.

By using Clarity Coach, you grant us permission to store and process your content solely to provide the service. We won't use your content for any other purpose without your consent.

4. Acceptable Use

Don't use Clarity Coach to:

❌ Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the service
❌ Generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
❌ Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
❌ Spam, scrape, or overload our systems
❌ Violate any applicable laws

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
You can cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you're unhappy
We may change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

Clarity Coach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service running smoothly, but we can't guarantee:

That the AI will always give perfect advice
Specific outcomes from using the service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarity Coach and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
