What We Collect

Account Information

Email address and name (if you provide it) for authentication and to personalize your experience.

Coaching Conversations

Your messages and the AI coach's responses are stored to provide continuity across sessions, build your Blueprint, and show your journal history.

Session Insights

Summaries, decisions, actions, and insights extracted from your sessions — all visible to you in your Journal and Blueprint.

Payment Information

Handled securely by Razorpay, India's leading payment gateway. We never see or store your credit card number.

🤖 How We Use AI

Guidra is powered by Claude, an AI assistant by Anthropic. Here's what that means for your privacy:

Your conversations are processed by AI to provide coaching responses
Your data is NOT used to train AI models — Anthropic's API does not use customer data for training
Conversations are not stored by Anthropic beyond the immediate API request
We store your conversations in our secure database so you can access your history

How We Protect Your Data

Encryption in transit: All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.3)
Encryption at rest: Database is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256
Authentication: Secure authentication via Supabase Auth with JWT tokens
Access control: Row-level security ensures you can only access your own data
No plain text storage: Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text

What We Don't Do

❌ We don't sell your data to third parties
❌ We don't share your conversations with other users
❌ We don't use your data for advertising
❌ We don't allow AI training on your conversations
❌ We don't read your conversations (unless you report an issue and share them)

Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

Access: View all your data in your Journal and Blueprint
Export: Request a copy of your data at any time
Delete: Delete your account and all associated data from Settings
Correct: Update your profile information anytime

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data (conversations, sessions, insights, blueprint) is permanently deleted within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days for disaster recovery purposes.

This tool runs without requiring login.

What we log (anonymously):

The role title you typed
Years of experience
The company name
The offered amount in LPA
Optionally: your current CTC (only if you proceed to stage 2)
Optionally: the HR pushback text you pasted (only if you proceed to stage 3)
Our verdict, confidence, source, and timestamp

What we do NOT log:

Your name
Your email (unless you explicitly opt in via the email capture form)
Your IP address (used only momentarily for rate limiting, never stored)
Cookies or browser fingerprints
Any data that could identify you personally

Why we log this:

To improve the tool's accuracy over time
To write occasional aggregate insights (“we analysed 500 offers — here's what we found”)

If you opt in to receive your report by email:

We store your email address with timestamp of consent
We send you the report and occasional Guidra updates
You can unsubscribe anytime
You can request deletion of your data by emailing info.gopros@gmail.com
